Holiday Programs
The Holiday Programs at Crescent Lake Bible Camp are presented by the Northern Lakes Impact Center. Come and check out the exciting opportunities available for your school or group this season!
Traditional Thanksgiving (November)This program, open to classes from Kindergarten through 6th grade, is designed to teach students about the history of the Pilgrims: where they came from, why they left and the hardships they faced to create a colony in the New World.
Work with various hand tools, make traditional crafts and play games that are hundreds of years old as you experience a day in the life of the Pilgrims and Native Americans. Then, when you have explored the past, join us for a traditional Thanksgiving feast, complete with all the trimmings.

International Christmas (December)Where did the idea of the Christmas Tree come from? Who were the first people to wrap presents? What is the most popular Christmas Carol in the world? All of these questions and many more are answered in our International Christmas program.
Visit the traditions of Germany, Mexico, Japan and more! This program introduces students to the games, songs, crafts and customs of countries around the world. When the tour is complete, we will all come together for cocoa, cookies and carols to wrap up the program. (This program is recommended for Grades 1 - 6.)
Western Christmas (December)Although it may be snowing, the fun doesn't stop at Crescent Lake Bible Camp! In rotation format, students play games from the "wild west", make a craft and even go on a hay ride. (This program is recommended for Grades K - 5.)
