PROGRAM STAFF
Wishing you could learn more about Camp Ministry? Crescent Lake Bible Camp is looking for energetic program staff to run Outdoor Education programs and work with our rentals and retreats. Staff will be responsible for teaching classes, facilitating activity areas, assisting with promotion, and helping with the general operation of camp. Multiple positions are available.
Salary, meals and housing provided as well as training in adventure (climbing towers / ropes courses) and environmental education, as well as skills like group management, communication, and leadership. Strengthen your faith through Bible study and build life skills such as time management, collaboration, conflict resolution, adaptability, etc. Gain certification in ServSafe, Lifeguarding, CPR Pro, First Aid and more. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation for the future.
FALL THRU SPRING – WEEKLY SALARY – HOUSING AND MEALS PROVIDED
SUMMER CAMP DIRECTOR
Responsibilities will focus on camper and staff recruitment during the off-season while training staff and supervising the implementation of a multi-faceted Summer Camp program during the summer months.
We are looking for an outgoing leader with experience with budgeting, program design, program leadership, staff development, marketing, promotion, and creating program elements that focus on Christ.
The successful candidate will have past experience working with Summer Camps or leading youth-oriented programming. A four-year degree and experience directing camping programs are preferred, but we will consider applicants with several years of experience in a full-time camp ministry leadership role.
FULL TIME – YEAR ROUND – ANNUAL SALARY – HOUSING MAY BE AVAILABLE
SUMMER CAMP STAFF / COUNSELORS (18 years +)
Summer Camp Staff / Counselors will have the opportunity to work with our Youth Camp, Family Camp, and Day Camp programs. This position could involve leading a cabin of kids, leading program areas (climbing tower, paintball, lifeguard, mini-golf, etc.), and teaching.
SUMMER – $300.00 / WEEK – HOUSING AND MEALS PROVIDED
LIFEGUARDS (Ages 16+)
The Lifeguard’s duty is to provide supervision to waterfront areas to ensure safety. They are also responsible for being at program areas at scheduled times and ensuring that program areas are clean beforehand. May also be assigned to assist with program areas when waterfront is not open.
Requirements:
You must successfully complete prerequisites and the American Red Cross lifeguard training during our program staff training.
If already ARC certified, must be able to competently demonstrate required skills.
