Wishing you could learn more about Camp Ministry? Crescent Lake Bible Camp is looking for energetic program staff to run Outdoor Education programs and work with our rentals and retreats. Staff will be responsible for teaching classes, facilitating activity areas, assisting with promotion, and helping with the general operation of camp. Multiple positions are available.

Salary, meals and housing provided as well as training in adventure (climbing towers / ropes courses) and environmental education, as well as skills like group management, communication, and leadership. Strengthen your faith through Bible study and build life skills such as time management, collaboration, conflict resolution, adaptability, etc. Gain certification in ServSafe, Lifeguarding, CPR Pro, First Aid and more. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation for the future.

Outdoor Education Program Assistant

18 years and older

Contract-Based, Year-round

$300.00/week, housing, and meals (when available)

Our partner, the Northern Lakes Impact Center, is seeking a motivated individual to serve as our Outdoor Education Program Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for teaching youth ranging from preschool to high school, a personal connection to nature and the outdoors, and interest in gaining skills directly related to running an outdoor educational program. One year of college and experience with outdoor programming, camp ministry, or teaching is preferred.

The Outdoor Education Program Assistant will work with the NLIC Director to help implement the outdoor education schedules, assist in supervising children in both an outdoor and classroom setting, and independently complete assigned tasks. Other duties include assisting with the Crescent Lake Bible Camp programming, retreat weekends, and supporting other departments such as kitchen and maintenance.
